In my 14 years in the social impact sector, I’ve designed, run or advised on over 30 digital services across Africa, Asia, and Europe, on behalf of big multilaterals and INGOs, as well as tech companies and smaller charities.
That means I know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to making a difference through digital.
I’m (mostly) solo now, but I used to head up a digital service design and content team. My background in leadership, and broad-ranging experience, means I always add value beyond the scope of work.👌
Since 2017, I’ve specialised in chatbots & AI, but my skills (and interests) are mostly tech-agnostic. What matters most to me is making digital tools that meet user needs.
Yep, I’m a bit obsessed with being user-centric. Whether designing a Youth Participation Strategy, or running co-creation sessions, I combine empathy, rigour and creativity to design products and media hand in hand with the people who need them. 🌼🌷
